NetSeer's technology is available through a real time API for a variety of different applications:

1. Categorization of web pages
2. Generation of related concepts for web pages drawn from the 50 million concept KnowledgeBank^TM.
3. Extraction of behavioral information from session data
4. Generating traffic recirculation links on a website

This API is available online from NetSeer’s servers via SOAP or HTTP GET. NetSeer uses a classification scheme of 30 first level categories and 300 second and third level categories. The categories include sensitive topics that can be excluded to allow brand safe ad placement. NetSeer’s concept based approach allows for high precision categorization, and incorporation of new or custom classification data with minimal editorial intervention and delay.
